What we collect

When you send a form we receive the fields you fill in (name, company, email, country, coffee spec, notes) and any file you attach. Forms are delivered by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form service. We do not collect payment details.

How we use it

Buyer specs are used to find matching suppliers. Your company name, contact details and spec are shared only with the suppliers matched to your request (at most 3), and only after an NDA if you asked for one. Supplier and vendor registrations are used to decide which requests to send you. We do not sell your data or add you to mailing lists.

Analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. These services may set cookies or process your IP address. You can block them in your browser without losing access to the site.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and follow-up orders, then delete it. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email sales at coffeebeanvn.com. We reply within 24 business hours.
