For exporters, processors and farms

Receive green coffee specs from roasters and traders

We are building a supplier network in Vietnam. If your cooperative, farm or processing mill produces Robusta, fine Robusta or Arabica green beans at export-grade consistency, register below. We send you buyer specs that match what you actually ship, never a broadcast to every supplier.

Why suppliers work with us

We bring buyers whose specs fit your lots. The rest you agree with the buyer.

Buyers who fit your business

Requests are matched to the grades you ship, the processing you offer and the lot sizes you take.

Requests you can judge

Each request states variety, grade, screen size, processing, moisture limit, crop year, volume, Incoterm and destination, so you see the fit before you quote.

The customer is yours

You send samples, quote and contract with the buyer directly. No commission on the order.

01

What we look for

  • Experience in green coffee export or domestic processing (5+ years preferred)
  • Capacity for at least one 20ft container per month, or consistent small specialty lots
  • Documented QC: moisture, screen and defect grading on every lot
  • Open to a certification track (4C, Rainforest Alliance, organic) if not already held
02

What you receive

Buyer specs with variety, grade, screen size, processing, moisture limit, crop year, volume, Incoterm and destination. Each request goes to no more than 3 suppliers, so a quote has a real chance.

03

How it works

Register, send recent lot specs or a sample if asked, then receive matching requests by email. You quote, sample and contract with the buyer directly. We reply to registrations within 24 business hours.

Supplier FAQ

Who sends the buyer requests?

Coffee roasters and green coffee traders, mainly in the US, Europe, Japan and Korea, who submit a spec through the RFQ form on this site. Each request is passed to up to 3 suppliers whose grades and lot sizes fit.

Do I sell to the buyer directly?

Yes. You send samples, quote and contract with the buyer directly. coffeebeanvn.com does not buy, resell or hold the coffee and does not take a commission on the order.

Is registration free?

Registration is free. Receiving buyer requests may be a paid service; the terms are explained by email before anything is charged.

Can small farms and specialty processors register?

Yes. Many independent roasters look for small traceable lots of fine Robusta or specialty Arabica. A farm that can grade, dry and store lots properly and send samples is a good fit even without an export licence, as long as the export route is clear.
